What the partnership means for you
For businesses
Hire or buy the right Cat machine for the job, then find the operators and crew to run it on ODH. Plan machinery and labour together instead of chasing both separately.
For workers
When businesses can get the right machine easily, they need skilled people to run it. Keep your ODH profile current with the machines you’re ticketed on so you’re first in line for operator and ground crew shifts.
